yes ofcourse itis very good idea as our breakfast should be balanced diet which gives energy for whole day and maintain immune system also

Ideally no. First of all U should eat only seasonal fruits. Second- it should be taken within 10 mins of waking up or after exercise. Third- bfast should be wholesome meal. It should be ur traditional food. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
