Can we eat dry fruits in corona?
Hi, Can we eat dry fruits specially almond, cashew, figs, raisins? She feels very tired during home duties what should I do?

Dry fruit contains invisible fats . That is very healthy . But those are not instant Energy boosters. Use antioxidants and/or FSSAI approved energy powder or drinks and/or Amway protein powder with milk . Must check any other underlying disease
