Cataract surgery per say cannot be done again. There can be multiple causes of decreased vision after cataract surgery. The most common cause after surgery for congenital cataract is posterior capsular opafication. You need a detailed ophthalmic evaluation including refraction, slit lamp and fundus evaluation. Depending on cause, it can be treated. If your vision was good after surgery, most probably the cause of decreased vision is treatable.

Hi. You need a slit lamp examination to check opacity in your intraocular lens. U may not need redoing of cataract surgery. If the pco(posterior capsular opacification) is confirmed, u may need a laser which is completely harmless.
