Can anxiety cause increase in pulse rate
I am in fear that what will happen to me and family members if i get infected with covid... Even if i get 99 or 99.5 temp i panic and think that i might have the virus... And my oximeter reading also rarely dips to 97/96 and when when it dips i gets tensed my pulse shoots upto 140 bpm and i feel like meri saas ukhadh rhi hai... Then i check my oximeter it shows 99 then i suddenly start feeling well So can u pls tell me when i should take these symptoms seriously that i might have the virus like Fever -? Oximeter reading -? Running nose. - ? And how regularly should i check my oximeter reading or fever in a day... Pls help i get very scared and sometimes unable to sleep at night due to this

hi ,22 year male ,if u don't have any prior illness like tuberculosis, asthma,diabetes, u just dont worry at all,temperature above 99 degrees Fahrenheit in morning temperature 100 or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit  u can consider it as fever, not below it, so u just dont have fever much as of now, with anxiety and fever heart rate shoot up so u just relax ,don't worry about,atleast right now, pulsoximeter reading varies upto 3 depending on  proper placement of it,reading above 95 percent is fine,
