Hi.. So based from ur complete and detailed history.. Reducing weight is one part of story.. But the second part is .. Start it slow.. Make sure ur body is able to tolerate ur work out.. Good exercise n diet control is important..but not over exertion.. Any time u feel chest pain/increased breathlessness is wen u realise tat slow it down.. And thirdly...put a constant effort ..u ll make it through..

You should become a Brand Ambassador for some of those Companies which make Health Drinks or Food Supplements. I was wondering if your day has only 24 hours or a few extra hours. Anyway, keep it up. You are becoming "neighbour's envy".

Greetings! From the daily activity that you are having, I’m assuming that you are planning more towards a weight loss strategy. Your present BMI is around 31. Which is quite in the overweight-obese category. However, rapid reduction in weight by doing excess exercise and extreme dieting is not recommended. You need a proper and structured calorie restriction and exercise routine for it to be both 1. Feasible 2. Sustainable.
Next Steps
Kindly connect for a consult and I’ll be able to guide you regarding the recommended exercise and dieting strategies.
