Can I eat bananas if I am diabetic? If yes how many per day and what type of banana? Will bananas increase blood sugar levels?

Too much banana its not good for diabetes patient. If you blood sugar and potassium is under control then you can have banana alternate day. Yelakki Banana is OK.
