Can 23 years old have throat cancer?
Can i have throat cancer at age of 23 due to smoking because from some times i feel tightness infront of right side of neck.somebody suggest me what can i do?

You should get yourself evaluated and get an endoscopy of the throat done. Smoking should be stopped immediately.

This doesn't signify throat cancer ... It can be something benign also ... Go for USG neck
