Calorie requirement while feeding
I'm 30 yr female.. my weight is 84 and height 5.2... I have 4 Month old son and I feed him in the evening, night and early morning ( in between 8am to 6 pm I don't feed)... Now I'm focusing to loose weight so wat should b my calorie intake so that I loose weight and it won't affect milk supply... I have thyroid and pcod

Hello mam Follow lactation diet with that u can maintain ur weight. , For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 55 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.
