I'm facing difficulty in walking as both my calf muscles are cramping really badly. I haven't done any unusual physical excercise recently, so I am a little confused about the pain. If I stay still it's fine, it cramps and hurts only when I walk or flex my muscles.

have lot of water.
have fresh fruits and vegs.
milk and milk products atleast 400 gm per day.
