Calf and Thigh pain
Many times suffering with calf pain. Can't sit neatly on floor and sometimes the pain is unbearable. Also suffering from vericose vein but not majorly. Looking for proper and permanent solution for this.

Ur at? R u on the obese side.,r u diabetic. These above conditions may cause pain. Obesity  diabetes needs exercise to build stamina and to burn the excess fat. Varicose veins needs medicines for easy flow of blood against the gravity. All the three can be maintained by as planned diet exercise . Eat 100 GM's of sprouts raw greengram daily. Eat plenty of cooked vegetables.,less spice,minimum oil,food in time. These help to avoid gastritis,good appetite,free bowel movements ,and ofcourse good sleep. Eat millets instead of rice./ Wheat. Sleep with heightened foot end.
