Sensitive calf
Every single night when I go to sleep a strange sensation happens in both of my calfs it not pain but I can't sleep until i shake them hard until it gets tired and then i go to sleep because that shaking pain overcome the sensation

Possible reasons could be due to deficiency of calcium, magnesium, B12, iron deficiency.. Or elctrolyte imbalance due to Summer..

Dear patient Check serum ca , phosphorus, magnesium levels CBC ,KFT ,VIT b12 ,vit d3 levels Even if needed higher investigations like Doppler ultrasound and electromyography can be done
