Any of the calcium supplements available in the market can be taken. Dosage of calcium should be at least 1200mg per day. So any brand which contains this much calcium can be taken. Additionally take Vitamin D3 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks. You can do a Vitamin D3 assay before if you so desire.

Brand names tend to vary a lot according to the location of the patient. However, it's the dosage and administration duration that should be kept in mind.
Next Steps
vit D3 60,000 units once a week for the course of 8 weeks and then do an assay for the same. Better monitoring can be done by aforementioned scheme.
