Calcium supplement
I am 25 yr old men recently i started gym training but i dont like to consume dairy products so i want to know which calcium supplement is safe to take it in daily life as the requitement of calcium is 1000 mg ..plz help me my all blood test are normal except vitamin d

Take calcium with Vit D tablets daily. Eat plenty of fruits rich in calcium like custard apple etc.

Vit d is required for calcium absorption. Ok so you need to increase your vitamin d levels understood. You can take cholecalciferol 60000 IU sachet one's in a week for 6 week's. Sun bath . There are many dietary source of calcium other than  milk so consume those. Keep your self hydrated.
