I have acid after meal and calcium deficiency. Can i take at night calcium tablet with pantocid 40 after meal. Can I take calcium tablet gemsoline with pantocid 40 after meal.

Ya I agree stop calcium switch to foods items rich in calcium such as milk meanwhile take pantocid dsr early morning empty stomach then after few days may try calcium with half tab with food

Hi , yes few calcium tablets are know to cause increased acidity .. so stop using them till u are free from acidity complaints..
Next Steps
Few tips to control acidity , Plenty of water intake, curds , fruits butter milk.. Avoid wheat and Maida related foods Avoid Avoid eating late dinners n heavy dinner
