I am 21 weeks pregnant I have taken b12 test reading was 218 my doctor gave neurobion forte once per day which has calcium pantotheonate 50mg already iam using shelcal 500 once per day which has calcium pantotheonate 1500mg does it cause cause calcium overdose iam also taking calcium rich foods

Calcium is a food supplement like drug. When taken orally that much absorbed as required by body rest is thrown out. Unless you have disease that contraindicate calcium, you can take calcium.
