You can take calcium tabs with vitD.... For abt a month every 3months....
But along with that ....doing regular exercise, pranayam will also be beneficial....
Also in diet use of green leafy vegetables like spinach, Then having almonds, dates, sesame seeds n flax seeds will increase the natural source of calcium....
