Calcium during pregnancy
Hello, I am a pregnant woman.i am unable to take calcium tablets during this pregnancy period due to vomiting. Is it necessary to take it ? I am taking calcium rich foods in my diet daily.is it enough for baby? Low level affects baby's health? Pls reply

Calcium is very much needed during pregnancy. Atleast 1.5 gm per day calcium is needed to reduce the risk of preeclampsia.. Try to take tab along with meals.
