Please advice how can I include calcium as pert of my daily supplement. I also do weight training and hence looking for calcium supplements. There are many in the market but not sure which is good one

Hello.... Calcium should only be taken you have calcium deficiency.. Taking calcium for a week or fifteen days is OK but high dose of calcium for longer period of time has its adverse effects.. Drink milk daily, have egg daily.. Avoid caffeine, antacids which inhibits calcium absorbtion...
