Calcium deposits in kidneys
Through CT Scan, it says bilateral medullary nephrocalcinosis. Mild pain sometimes in left lower ribs.Pain in lower back while bending.Feeling little stiffness in center part of chest while going to sleep position.

This is generalized calcium deposition in the parenchymal of kidney.it is different from renal stone. Get evaluation of renal function done by a nephrologist
