On ultrasound, Doctor found out that my female relative is having a single kidney.Doctor suggested to go for a CT scan to confirm this. Do we have any alternative for CT scan to confirm this?

Ultrasound is sensitive enough .. usually no need of ct scan .. u can do DTPA renogram for finding out the function of that kidney
