Hi You can drink one cup of coffee daily. There is no problem in drinking coffee, just that Do not take coffee with your meals as caffeine present in the coffee may interfere in the absorption of the nutrients in the meal. So try to take coffee separately with biscuits or cookies....if you need any other help you can opt for a personal chat option.... Hello dear, Yes ,reduce intake of coffee. In the place of coffee you can take lemon water, lemon tea , green tea or normal tea. Coffee has 10 times more caffeine comparison to tea , it has diuretic properties which increase pressure on kidney. Green coffee would be beneficial but excessive of any thing will harmful , keep on changing your drinks like teas or coffees.
