Caffeine Addiction
Due to recent stress build up because of my exams and project report, I have become addicted to caffeine a lot more than before. I prefer caffeine via any manner may that be coffee, chocolates or aerated drinks( mostly Coco cola). I would prefer something that can detoxify me and minimize my need of caffeine. I'm a student in my final year of college requiring instant aid.

Hello. Caffeine content of tea is much lesser than coffee. Start replacing few cups with tea. Whenever you go for coffee, make it sure you reduce the amount of coffee powder in it or reduce the volume. Next step will be reducing a cup every week. It’s not very difficult to get rid off caffeine dependency. Try avoiding fizzy drinks completely as it’s not good for you at all. Regards
