CA125 is very non specific test , it can be elevated in a variety of conditions like epithelial ovarian tumours, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, liver disease , pelvic inflammatory disease & even normal menstruation .. Though levels upto 35 are usually given as normal , in a woman of your age s value of 47 does not have much value.. Don’t worry..
