Ca 125 value
My Ca 125 is 163 u/ ml..does it mean i have endometriosis? .. causes heavy pain during periods.. ultrasound is normal

Ca 125 is non specific marker. Increased in inflammation. Like infection. Or endometriosis. It is considered as one of the marker for ovarian pathology. Only isolated ca 125 raise has not significant value.
