Nothing is compulsory. You should wear a belt or an Abdominal binder only if you feel comfortable wearing these.
Half of the Indians are rice eaters. They also have Caesareans. I am sure they don't change their food habits after the operation.
In short, lead your normal life as you were doing before the Caesarean. The only thing is don't over-exert yourself.

If u want u can use dupatta too, even if u don’t use anything, it is okay.
U can eat rice and anything that is homemade (non infectious, nutritious)
