It may be related to vitamin deficiency or nerve compression. I would suggest to get blood workup done and also consult a doctor to get examined in person

Please get your Complete Health Package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult with a General Physician. The package should include Vit D3, B12, HbA1c, and TSH level (in addition to the basic investigations) .
