Buttock pain, moves left to right leg
Pain in my thigh, buttock from the last few days, It gradually increase when i used to woke up in the morning

this is either sacroilitis or prolapsed intervertebral disc. You will have to get a physical examination by ortho surgeon done to get the two differentiated, otherwise will have to get mri of both parts. Treatment will depend on the final diagnosis.
