Bursitis in left shoulder
My left shoulder has restricted movement. I cannot take my left arm back and cannot lift the upper arm from shoulder. The range is very restricted and is extremely painful. What should I do. I got some sessions of physiotherapy done but did not get any relief. Please advise

This looks like a frozen shoulder. Go for intrarticular depoprednisolone injection to relieve arthrtitis and pain in the shoulder.

Once you achieve pain relief, the focus on specific shoulder exercises.
Health Tips
Diabetes is very frequent association in frozen shoulder.... get your diabetic status checked.
