I'm taking medicine for Gastric and SGPT since 1 month but now I'm facing gastric problem again and after eating i feel bloated and lots of burping. And Level Of SGPT again increases after stopping medicine. Ultrasound was completely normal. Please suggest what to do. Medicine- Sompraz D40 in morning Siliplex 3times Udoxyliv 3 times

You need to get HBs Ag and anti HCV. Along with the fibroscan with the CAP Score. IT APPEARS YOU HAVE DYSPEPSIA AND NAFLD
