Burnt with hot oil

Doctor my foot burnt 1month ago. I think it is a third degree burn,I share picture of my burnt area now its drying but akin is not coming how much time.it will take to cure this burn. Or is skin will come to it or shall i go.for any other treatment. please help me i am a mother of 2.year kid and its very painful for me.to manage things at home now. I am applying Silverex cream on it.
