  4. Hot oil burn. Permanent black spots?

Hot oil burn
Yesterday I was frying fish and some hot oil spilled out on my face and after few minutes I got some black spot on my forehead and both of the eye areas,instantly I have applied silverex ionic. There is no bubbles but black spots developed. May I know which medicine I should apply on those burnt areas to prevent to develop permanent black spots?
