Hello it’s appears to be like your have acidity related issues . Drink plenty of fluids eat non spicy food like dal rice chapati and buttermilk. After eating food don’t lie down immediately sit upright for at least one hour . Eat at regular times like 8am -1pm and 7pm . Preferably start some form of exercise like yoga which will help reduce your acidity. A glass of cold milk can give you relief as well. Don’t eat late at night no binge eating no alcohol no smoking no caffeinated drinks . You can also have ajwain soaked in warm water. If the burning sensation is unbearable or getting worse or you have acid reflux or chest heaviness you will need to start antacids.
