I have been having this problem since last night my knees are burning and mild pain radiating in my feet is this because of deficiency of vitamin b12

Symptoms are due to this n vitamin d3 DEFICIENCY.
Need lot of patience.
No instant medicine.
Inj neurobion forte one alternate day intramuscular in gluteal reason for five injection. Follow by biweekly one for four inj
Uprise 60, 000iu one per week for eight weeks followed by same one per month for six months.
Tab dan Mr two times a day after food for three to five days or as required for pain. Use wisely.
