Burning and pinning in feet.
I am having burning and pinning sensation in my feet from last one month. Pain get severe at night when I sleep. Pain is now at lower knees and thighs also. What should I do?

It can be a cause of neuropathy which affected nerves consult a physiotherapist near bye do massage over thigh and calf area to avoid stiffness

Burning and pin prick sensations in lower limb should not be ignored. You should get your pain assissed by a qualified physiotherapist. Also get a treatment and follow preventions and precautions prescribed by physiotherapist.

Pain at thighs and knees can be associated to si joint dysfunction, patellar (knee cap) dysfunction, bad footwear. Detail physical assessment needs to be done to come to a conclusion and treatment. This may be due to diabetic neuropathy or lumbar spondilosis both the conditions nerve have to be released no other home remedies. Do some kind of therapy related to nerve.
