I had noticed few weeks ago that i have few bumps over my penis. It is not painful seems white in colour. I had recently visited to a skin specialist and he prescribed me cetirizine, dazen-m, tacrose forte 0.1%. I read over internet that bumps on penis can b cause of STD, can i go for a HIV test pls help
