Bumps near penis and scrotum
I noticed two pimple kinda bumps on scrotum since some while and they are bit itchy. As I scratched over the white heads, now the skin is exposed and I am able to notice red spots. To say the truth they are soothing when I touch, but are bit painful if I rub over them.
