Bump on the shaft of Penis became lesion
Hi Doctor,
It started with a small skin toned bump on the shaft of Penis 4-5 days before and I felt slight pin pain whenever the inners or I touched it. It became a white layered skin after a couple of days and this morning it broke. I saw a dull white puss coming out and it became a lesion now. It's concerning me from the day it started. I am single and have no sexual exposure. I am attaching the images, kindly check and advice.
