If you have a bump or sore in your mouth that is causing discomfort, it's best to consult with a dentist or an oral healthcare professional. They will be able to examine the affected area and provide an accurate diagnosis based on their expertise and clinical evaluation. There are several possible causes for bumps or sores in the mouth, including: Canker sores: These are small, painful ulcers that can develop on the inside of the mouth. They are usually round or oval with a white or yellowish center and a red border. Oral herpes: Cold sores caused by the herpes simplex virus can also appear as small, painful blisters in or around the mouth. Irritation from trauma: Certain foods, such as acidic fruits or spicy foods, or accidentally biting the inside of your cheek or tongue can cause irritation and result in a sore or bump. Oral thrush: This is a fungal infection caused by an overgrowth of Candida yeast in the mouth. It can cause white patches or sores on the tongue, inner cheeks, or roof of the mouth. Without a visual examination, it is challenging to determine the exact cause of your bump. It's important to have a dental professional evaluate the condition to provide an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Looks like an ulcer(may be because of trauma while eating/chewing/brushing). Apply mouth ulcer gel. If it doesn't reduce ,do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation.
