Bulky uterus
She has already anxiety and insomnia problems. She has thyroid problems for 7 years. Now her USG report says uterus is bulky and anteverted also revels a small (1.9 cm x 1 c.m ) I11 defined hypoechoic intramural s.o.l , I need suggestion about what do next and how serious is this issue. . thanks.

It is important to know her menstrual history. Does she have any bleeding problems. If no, then consudering the report u have written, no intervention needs to be done. She needs to be reassured. If she has bleeding issues , then please consult a gynaecologist.
