Are these cosmetic reasons or reasons related to visual disturbances, thyroid related eye diseases tend to leave a staring / bulging look. Treating thyroid levels to adequate / target levels and often some cosmetic treatment if need be may help.

Hi, Does the black of your eye show when u close your eyes/ sleep.  Buldging eye will be an issue if there is corneal (black of eye) exposure. also get your eye pressure checked . You can use lacryl pf gel at night before sleeping. Talk to your endocrinologisy and Get your thyroid levels to normal.
Next Steps
you can get a complete eye examination done by your local oculoplasty specialist.
