Bulge at c4-c5, focal lipohemangioma
In January I met with an accident, doctor suggested to MRI, Report- bulge at c4-c5 and mild arthritis, and focal lipohemangioma but from 15 days I am suffering from back bone pain... Please suggest how to get treatment..

Take a cervical coller first. Do some cervical extensions exercises You may take cervical traction at physiotherapy clinic for 15 days Do some more exercises for your neck muscles
