C4-C5 annular bulge, D3 lipohemangioma
January 2017 I met with an accident. Then I have neck pain severely but now ok with neck pain , Doctor suggested to MRI, Report: Right atlantoocitital joint mild arthritis, Diffuse annular bulge at c4-c5 level. T2 screening of dorsal spine reveals D3 vertebral body shows focal lipohemangioma...But from15 days I am suffering with back pain ....

Most back pains are due to bad posture and Muscle spasm. The previous injury could have contributed to this pain.
Next Steps
Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest and hot fomentation.
