January 2017 I met with an accident. Then I have neck pain severely but now ok with neck pain ,
Doctor suggested to MRI,
Report:
Right atlantoocitital joint mild arthritis, Diffuse annular bulge at c4-c5 level. T2 screening of dorsal spine reveals D3 vertebral body shows focal lipohemangioma...But from15 days I am suffering with back pain ....

Most back pains are due to bad posture and Muscle spasm.
The previous injury could have contributed to this pain.
