You need to visit a dentist to get the injured sites checked. As for the bruxism/ clenching, all you need is a pair of night guards for your teeth which you can use while sleeping

Hi, Excessive bruxism or teeth clenching can cause tooth to start chipping off or in some cases a tooth can actually fracture due to trauma and trust me it causes a lot of mental trauma as you cannot control it and constantly fear about it when your about to sleep. A few people even dream about excessive clenching and dream that their teeth have fallen due to excessive clenching. There are two ways of treating this condition. One is through using night Gaurd or teeth guard which is a custom made tray. You need to put this on your geek almost entire day even while sleeping. This acts as a habit breaking appliance. Eventually after continuous use you will stop clenching. Second way of treating is by doing a Botox treatment for your massater muscle and to temporalis muscle which are responsible for clenching. In western countries this is a widely done procedure to treat bruxism. Botox will relax these muscles and you will not be clenching as hard. You can revert to me if you need any further clarifications.
