Brown scars all over body

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have itchy and sensitive skin. The itchiness is going on since 10-12 years,have dobe so many medications but with no result for long run. And because of itchiness there are so many blister formed on my whole body scartching of which results in bleeding. Now,many of them have healed but they have left brown light as well as dark scars and there are some drydark patches on my back as well. So,what treatment should i undergo to remove all the scars from my whole body.
