Brown patches or spots on face
I have brown patches on my cheeks on both sides and I had tried many home remedies but patches are not fading away...so plzz tell me best method so my spots romoved completely

Looks like u have Melasma from the information u provided. Exposure to UV radiation heat, visible light and taking certain drugs all appear to play roles. Need to find out ur cause so kindly send me clinical photographs for online consultation. There are existing treatments which lighten the skin by reduction of melanin pigment in skin.

Use a sunscreen with spf of atleast 30 both indoor and outdoor

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing this patches.. Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Too little information to reach any diagnosis. It can be melasma, freckles, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation etc. Need to treat accordingly.
