Brown discharge period miss
I have missed my period for 5 days. We are 3 years married. This month we first time try for baby. I've bulky overies multiple follicles. For last 2 days I'm experiencing brown discharge. Previously it was light for 1 day today it's more brownish. I'm attaching pictures . What does it mean doctor? Is my period coming? Or it's something for better hope?

Your ultrasound report is 3 months old. So it doesn't help us to come to a conclusion.
Please rest for a week. If you don't get your periods please get a sonography done and consult with the report.
