Missed period and spotting
I had 29 days cycle ( on letrozole). Last month I got HSG test done and my period got delayed. I missed my period by 10 days and also I'm spotting black brown little red blood since 6 days. Upt was negative all the time. Today it was faint line. I also have pcos. Is it pregnancy or pcos?
