Brown discharge low lying placenta
I am 13 weeks pregnant at 12 weeks had spotting consulted my doc took scan and doc said low lying placenta and gave me tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablets to stop bleeding and taking progesterone injection 15 days once and tablet also daily bleeding stopped after taking tablets after 1 week again having spotting brown discharge again taking tranexamic and mefenamic tablets for bleeding I am in complete rest why has my bleeding started again will it affect my pregnancy and what I do next

It will not affect your pregnancy but you need complete bed rest ( foot end should be raised ) continue with progesterone tab ,,,,,

Complete bed rest.
Take progesterone tablets and injection after consultation with doctor.
Bleeding is due to low lying placenta.
