Brown discharge a week before periods
Hi..i am a married 28 years girl...i am experiencing a brown discharge just a week before my periods from past 8 to 9 months...my menstrual cycle is normal...i consulted a doctor but i was told that this is normal...but this month the spotting is comparatively heavy and from past 2 days its happening whenever i walk or run...i request you to please advise whether is this really normal or i need to get some tests done to be sure about it...?as we are planning for a family as well...thanks in advance...

It is not normal.
You shld do a usg tvs. to exclude any polyp, any other growth and endometrial thickening.
Clinical exam.
Exclude local infection.
Treatment according to cause.

Hi ! May be u r having a cervical or uterine infection or it may be because of ovulation ! Can reach a definite conclusion only after discussion with the patient! So definitely u should consult a gynaecologist and proceed further accordingly!
