As this is a rasa preparation should not be taken for long ( ( like 1 month ) .. more than that continue medicine only under medical supervision ..

Mahalaxmi vilas is herbomineral medicine...so it should not take more than 90 days ....if you want to continue try to take under Ayurveda expert....as the dose is paused or stoped after 90 days
